Partnership Developer

Location: Brighton & Hove, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey

Salary: Uncapped, Performance-based


Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Partnership Developer with a strong sales background and a passion for our cause. In this commission-based role, you will be responsible for expanding our restaurant network for the Love Food Share Food campaign. Your success in onboarding new restaurant partners will be directly reflected in your earnings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Partner Recruitment: Identify and approach potential restaurant partners who align with our mission and values.

  • Sales Process: Develop and implement a systematic sales process to effectively communicate the benefits of our campaigns to restaurant owners and secure their commitment.

  • Target Achievement: Work towards monthly targets for restaurant onboarding. Your earnings will be based on a percentage of the donations these partners generate.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our restaurant partners, providing ongoing support and assistance.

  • Reporting: Keep detailed records of your sales and partnership development activities.


Commission Structure:

This is a commission-based role. Your earnings will be directly related to the performance of your onboarded  partners. You can expect on target earnings of £2 - 3k per month within 6 months, and to increase accordingly thereafter.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in face-to-face sales or partnership development.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Motivated, target-driven, and passionate about our mission.

  • Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently.

  • Access to a vehicle or reliable transportation is preferred but not essential.
